As you can imagine, we receive a large number of requests for charitable donations, 99% of which are very worthy, in great need, and very deserving of funds. We can’t, of course, fulfill all requests. We must adhere to our annual charitable budget and the form we’re asking you to complete below helps us to choose from the large number of requests for help we receive. Thanks very much for taking your time to raise funds for your charitable cause. If we’re unable to help you at this time, please consider reapplying next year.
