Jonathan has always been respectful of your needs in a vehicle. Doesn’t push you into getting something you don’t want or need. The management and sales team were always kind to us and asking if we needed anything to keep us comfortable. They were nice enough to negotiate a little bit. Everything was in black and white for you to read and understand. After going over everything and agreeing on a vehicle. We loved our 2022 blazer and never thought twice in our decision. My 2024 Trax is a joy to drive but then the infotainment system went blank - which means no maps, no music, no phone calls, no backup camera views... Took nearly 2 months to get the part needed in and I had to call to check on it only to find out the part was in - so no telling when it actually arrived but it was a quick fix and I'm back to enjoying my Trax.

I’m a 30+ year retiree from Nissan Motor Company, and since they stopped making the Titan, I’m a proud owner of a Silverado 2500 HD.
They sold us car with major issue. At the first trip home and back to the dealership (because they forgot to give us one document to sign) we got check engine. We had to leave car in the dealership for check, they wasn’t able to read the code, and they send this car to another dealership. The cost of repair to fix this issue is around 1/3 price of the car. And they refused to pay for it. We took the car from repair shop and after first refueling at the gas station it doesn’t start. The car is ...

Took my car in for simple oil change & tire rotation… cost me $150.00 for that + another $157.10 for the sensor & labor… so needless to say that was over the top expensive… probably will not be back… $150.00 is totally unacceptable for an oil change…
