I don't often have good experience\experiences when I've purchased vehicles, but I must say Sammy, Markis Williams and Don Riley made it worth my while. Sammy listened to what I wanted, not what they wanted. Was upfront on everything, no hidden agenda, made the process of purchasing a vehicle transparent. I've never had a GM introduce themselves like Don Riley did, listen to my terms and shook my hand (general respect I like that) and congratulate me on a deal that worked for both seller and buyer. Markis Williams is a very thorough and professional individual. He explained all aspects of financial services, answered all questions and was aligned with Sammy and Don on the needs for the customer. First vehicle I've purchased locally in 27 years. If in the market for another vehicle, I'll definitely stop by and speak to this team again.
