Jonathan has always been respectful of your needs in a vehicle. Doesn’t push you into getting something you don’t want or need. The management and sales team were always kind to us and asking if we needed anything to keep us comfortable. They were nice enough to negotiate a little bit. My 2024 Trax is a joy to drive but then the infotainment system went blank - which means no maps, no music, no phone calls, no backup camera views... Took nearly 2 months to get the part needed in and I had to call to check on it only to find out the part was in - so no telling when it actually arrived but it was a quick fix and I'm back to enjoying my Trax.
